Homeowners are reminded that the vacant lots in the neighborhood should not be used for the dumping of yard waste, soil or other debris. Contractors doing work for homeowners should also be informed that the vacant lots should not be used for these purposes. If you have a project that may produce soil or fill, please contact Bielinski Homes first, as they may be able to use that soil/fill in the neighborhood and will direct you as to placement. Your cooperation on this matter is much appreciated and will assist in maintaining the neighborhood’s appearance.
Owners are reminded that all garbage/recycling bins are to be stored in the garage until the day of pick up and then returned to the garage. Please store your bins accordingly to keep the neighborhood looking aesthetically pleasing.
Just a reminder to all residents that parking of boats, trailers and campers on your lot is limited to a total of 90 days between April 15 and November 15 and these vehicles must be removed from your lot every two weeks. These limitations are to ensure that these vehicles do not become a permanent fixture in your yards. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Fairwinds HOA has determined that there are approximately 33 dead ash trees within the common area outlot along CTH NN and has decided to remove them all. The removal will take place sometime this November or December. Due to budgetary constraints, the HOA will only be able to afford the removal of the dead trees in 2018 and starting in 2019, the HOA will begin a process of planting new trees to replace the removed ones. The HOA will be performing the replacements over a 3-4 year period so as to not overly burden the finances of the HOA. The replacements will not consist of ash trees. Please feel free to reach out to the HOA if there are any questions.

The Village recently implemented a new software program for utility billing and with that change is a new bill format. They also changed the vendor they use to accept online bill payments. More information here: https://villageofmukwonago.com/your-village-of-mukwonago-utility-bill-has-a-new-look/
Starting the last week of August, 2019 through the entire month of September, 2019, Migratory Bird Management will provide the service of chasing the geese away from Fairwinds using Border Collies. Fairwinds HOA contracted with this vendor in an effort to alleviate the large number of geese that are assembling in the neighborhood. The 2019 HOA budget only allowed for limited goose management activities and these services will deplete this line item. For 2020 and beyond, Fairwinds HOA will be obtaining a bid to provide the dog chasing services for both spring and fall as well as the egg depredation services in spring. The 2020 HOA budget will be modified to reflect those additional services. Let Fairwinds HOA know if there are any questions or comments.
